Car Hire Reservations

Access some exceptionally low rates for car hire locally and across the globe including preferred rates.

Passport & Visa Assistance

We are able to assist in the acquisition or renewal of new Passports and Visas from application to delivery. We leverage on the experience and expertise of our visa consultants to check all passport and visa applications to reduce the possibility of rejection.

Travel Policy Implementation & Review

We monitor and enforce your corporate travel policy compliance. We also review and suggest improvements. If no travel policy in place, we help to design one for the company as this greatly affects travel spend.

Travel Insurance

In collaboration with major insurance companies, travel insurance can usually be arranged at the time of the booking of a trip to cover exactly the duration of that trip, or a "multi-trip" policy to cover an unlimited number of trips within a set time frame.

Management Information System

We will provide you with a monthly or quarterly business review reports that will analyse your travel patterns and spend behaviour that will include recommendations to reduce travel expenditures.

Account Management

A dedicated travel consultant will be assigned to each corporate customer to offer personalised services. Every aspect of our service is tailored to meet the clients' specific travel requirements and offer optimum travel management solutions. We work with each customer to establish preferred booking processes and cost reduction objectives. We organize quarterly synergy meetings to review service delivery.

People Tracking and Profiling

Our GDS has the ability to track all our travellers at every point in time ensuring safety and security. We build customer profiles which helps to store information like preferred seating on the flight, in-flight meals, frequent flyer number, passport number etc. So that we are not asking for this information every time there's a request for a booking.
